Drum lessons

WHERE DO YOU
TEACH?

Most of our drumming lessons in Eastbourne are taught from our purpose built studio.

If you require us to come to you or visit your school etc then please get in touch to discuss this further.

DO I NEED MY OWN DRUM KIT?

Not at first no, however I would recommend the purchase of a small practice pad.

When you are ready for your first drum kit, I can help you choose the right kit for you, and show you how to set it up and tune it etc.

HOW MUCH DOES
IT COST?

We offer a range of lessons depending on the needs of the student. They are competitively priced and available on a “Pay as you go” basis.

30 Minute lesson £16.00
60 Minute lesson £30.00

DO I NEED MY OWN
DRUM STICKS?

It is a good idea to purchase a set of drumsticks as soon as you can.

This is so you can practice stick control, rudiments etc at home between lessons.

WHAT AGE DO
YOU TEACH?

There is no upper age limit however as a drum kit is a physical instrument there are limits to how far it can be adjusted to suit the very young.

I would normally say that around 6 is the ideal age to start drumming lessons. Having said that I have had students as young as 4! Every child is different and this is why I always suggest a trial lesson before deciding if the time is right to start regular lessons.

I CAN'T MAKE IT
TO YOUR STUDIO..

Don't worry, we offer lessons to students world wide via Skype.

What do our customers say?

Rating: Five Stars
Phil came to my sons 4th birthday party with lots of different drums the children loved it and it was such a lovely change to get a lot of them to interact with this activity rather than the usual soft play etc... We had a lot of positive comments from the other parents! Thank you Phill!
